We make no guarantees that we will inspect and check your artwork prior to printing. If your not sure your artwork is correct please use the check my artwork option in checkout. We dont do In-house design checking your artwork is just for us to pull the file into photshop, ensure its 300 dpi, transparent, and ready for print. If there are issues with your file and you chose for us to check your artwork we will contact you for any requested changes.

Our current TAT is updated on our announcement bar. We make every effort to ship your order out quickly as possible using UPS and USPS services. We are always happy to help with shipping issues but once the item is turned over to the carrier we do have limited ability to find out information. Those questions would be best served by contacting either UPS or USPS directly

All we can guarantee is that we will get your order printed and turned over to the carrier using the service purchased within the timeframe stated. If the carrier has any delays we can work with you on filing any claims with the carrier.

Rush order with upgraded shipping means your order will be moved up in the print line up and print same or next business day. We will also upgrade your shipping to UPS 2nd day air.
